Property Preservation Specialists with over 20 years experience

We are a family run business with a professional and modern approach whilst still maintaining that personal level of service you associate with a local company. With over 25 years of experience in the service sector you will receive an unrivalled level of customer care from the initial damp and timber survey through to the completion of works.

The company was incorporated in 2015 and has been specialising in the treatment of damp and timber issues for more than a decade with extensive experience and knowledge of the remedial repairs industry. Based in Yeovil, Somerset we have a vast portfolio of works ranging from large period houses in Clifton to small cottages in Shaftesbury.

Not tied to any large chemical manufacturers we are able to select the best products and techniques available today to cure your rising damp, condensation, dry rot, wet rot and woodworm problems. Using the most advanced equipment and materials we can provide soundproofing, insulation and wall stabilisation for a variety of situations and requirements. We are also able to turn a damp cellar or basement into a dry and habitable room using a number of available tanking systems including cavity drain membranes and sump/pump chambers.

Constantly seeking to maintain our knowledge base we regularly attend training programmes and access all the latest information and available literature to ensure we are at the forefront of the industry. We do not employ ‘suited’ salesmen with a clear agenda, if there are no problems to rectify we will tell you so and often provide a DIY route to solve minor issues yourself. With a comprehensive health and safety policy and substantial public and employee insurance we are competent to undertake both residential and commercial projects.
